Welcome to MEC Precision Engineering Ltd based in North Leicestershire since 1963.

 

MEC has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the mechanical engineering industry and a highly skilled team of mechanical engineers. 

 

Offering a wide variety of mechanical and precision engineering services across a diverse range of sectors, MEC specialise in CNC and conventional machining in a variety of materials such as aluminium, brass, bronze, copper, steel, mild steel, stainless steel, tool steels, plastics and nylons.

 

MEC produce prototype machining and small batch quantities up to medium sized production runs. 

 

Working in partnership with our group company KARENG Mechanical Solutions Ltd, we are able to offer a complete package, from contributing to small design for manufacture (DFM) ideas to a complete design to end product from customer brief, working with our customers to solve technical problems and propose the optimum machining strategy.

 

In recent years, MEC has relocated and significantly improved and expanded its premises to accommodate investment in new equipment and cope with increased demand.

 

Our premises are easily accessible with good transport links from the A6 and A46.
