full time, permanent positions with immediate start.

SKILLED MANUAL & CNC MACHINISTS
These are varied roles, responsible for carrying out a wide range of repair solutions that will include remanufacture,
also manufacture of prototypes, one offs and small batches.
The nature of our work requires our engineers to have the expertise to take whatever job comes in and
turn it around quickly without supervision.
The roles offer the opportunity to utilise a wide variety of skills within a mechanical engineering environment.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, demonstrate a “can do” attitude and be able to work on their own initiative.
As a Machinist your main responsibilities will involve:
Manufacture component parts to engineering drawings.
Ability to work to high precision, reading and interpreting CAD and engineering drawings.
Competent in using a range of measuring equipment.
Good interpersonal skills within a developing team environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Perform necessary quality checks.
Competently use hand tools.
Maintain the high level of Health and Safety for everyone within the premises.
Qualifications (desired but not essential):
A recognised qualification in mechanical engineering and/or relevant engineering apprenticeship.
SKILLED MANUAL MACHINIST
Set and operate machine shop equipment including lathes, vertical and horizontal borers, surface grinders and manual milling machines.
High level of engineering skills and experience in conventional machining in Milling, Turning and Boring and Grinding.
SKILLED CNC MACHINIST/PROGRAMMER
A good all round machinist, with CNC machining experience in both Turning and Milling.
Experience in Mazatrol and/or Heidenhain controls essential.
