MEC CLOSES DOORS ON SILEBY WORKS IN PREPARATION FOR RELOCATION.

MEC Precision Engineering closes the doors on their Sileby works for the final time today after over 20 years of trading at 75 King Street. As this chapter in the history of MEC comes to a close, a new chapter begins with the relocation to new premises in the neighbouring village of Barrow upon Soar, opening on 22nd February 2016. The upgraded facilities will facilitate growth and enable us to serve our customers better. The founder of MEC, Malcolm Cooper, would be proud and pleased that the company is moving forward and continuing to grow.
